Shipping & International Orders

Do You Ship Internationally? 

Yes, we ship worldwide! Delivery times and costs may vary depending on your location — details are available at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by destination:

  • Europe: 2–5 business days.
  • International: 5–10 business days
  • Remote areas: 7–14 business days
  • Domestic (Bulgaria): next bussiness day

Please note that holidays or customs clearance may occasionally cause delays.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We also offer free shipping on orders over [100€] — check the banner or cart for live offers!

Do you offer tracking for orders?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Which carriers do you use?

We work with reliable global carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and local postal services depending on your location, to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or parcel lockers?

In most cases, yes — but it depends on the carrier and country. If you're unsure, reach out to us before placing your order.

Will I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?

Some international orders may be subject to customs duties or local taxes upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

My package is delayed or hasn’t arrived — what should I do?

Please check your tracking link first. If the delivery window has passed or tracking hasn’t updated, email our support team at [info@adaptowow.eu], and we’ll help resolve it quickly.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address — just contact us as soon as possible. Once shipped, we unfortunately cannot make changes.

What if my order arrives damaged or missing items?

We’re here to help. If you receive a damaged package or are missing any items, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo (if possible). We’ll make it right.
