How do AdaptoWOW supplements work?
Our formulas blend time-tested adaptogenic herbs like Ashwagandha, Rhodiola, Ginseng, Lemon Balm, Ginkgo biloba and etc. Together, they help reduce stress, improve energy, enhance focus, and support mental and physical resilience — all without overstimulating the body.
When will I start to feel results?
Many people begin to feel subtle improvements in stress levels, sleep, or energy within 1–2 weeks. However, optimal results typically build up over 3–6 weeks of consistent daily use.
What Time of Day Should I Take These?
Our brain booster called AdaptoKNOW we suggest to use it in the morning or in the afternoon.
For AdaptWELL we suggest to use it before bed.
For AdaptoGO we suggest to use it in the morning.
Are AdaptoWOW supplements safe and gluten-free?
Yes, all our supplements are non-GMO, gluten-free, and free from artificial additives. We focus on clean, plant-powered ingredients only.
Do I need to cycle adaptogens (take breaks)?
It depends on the adaptogen. Some, like Ashwagandha, may be taken continuously. Others might benefit from occasional cycling (e.g., 5 days on, 2 days off). We provide usage guidance on each product label and our blog.
Are your products third-party tested?

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or parcel lockers?

My package is delayed or hasn’t arrived — what should I do?

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address — just contact us as soon as possible. Once shipped, we unfortunately cannot make changes.
What if my order arrives damaged or missing items?
We’re here to help. If you receive a damaged package or are missing any items, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo (if possible). We’ll make it right.
